按成功转写的录音时长计，失败不扣额度。每月 1 日重置。

可以随时取消吗？

可以。取消后当期权益用到月底，下个月不再扣费，数据保留。

免费版额度用完了怎么办？

录音和已有转写不受影响，只是当月不再产生新转写。升级或等下月重置即可。

支持开发票吗？

支持。付费后在设置里申请，或写信到 [email protected]。

Questions

How is transcription time counted?

Only successfully transcribed audio counts; failures never consume quota. Resets on the 1st of each month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You keep Pro until the end of the billing cycle, your data stays, and nothing is charged after.

What happens when I run out of free hours?

Recordings and existing transcripts are unaffected — new transcription just pauses until upgrade or the monthly reset.

Do you issue invoices?

Yes. Request one in settings after purchase, or email [email protected].
