Hummo 是一款 AI 音频助理。这份政策说明我们收集哪些数据、为什么收集、以及你如何控制自己的数据。
我们收集的数据
- 账号信息：注册时提供的邮箱或手机号。
- 录音与内容：你上传或录制的音频、由音频生成的转写文本、摘要、待办事项，以及你为说话人起的名字。
- 使用数据：功能点击、崩溃日志、设备型号与系统版本，用于排查问题和改进产品。
数据如何使用
- 提供核心功能：转写、摘要、待办提取、说话人识别、录音搜索与对话。
- 多端同步：在你的 Android、iOS 与网页端之间同步录音与文本。
- 产品改进：仅使用聚合、匿名的统计数据。
关于 AI 处理：转写和摘要由第三方大模型服务完成。你的音频与文本只用于生成你请求的结果，我们不会出售你的数据，也不会用你的录音训练模型。
数据安全
录音、转写与摘要在传输和存储时均加密。声纹特征只用于说话人识别，不会还原为可播放音频之外的任何用途。
你的权利
- 导出：录音与转写可随时导出（TXT、SRT、VTT、JSON）。
- 删除：单条录音随时删除；注销账号后，你的数据将从服务器全部删除。
- 知情权：对数据处理方式有疑问，随时联系我们。
Cookie 与分析
官网不使用第三方广告 Cookie。产品内使用必要的会话标识维持登录状态。
未成年人
Hummo 不面向 14 岁以下儿童提供服务。

Hummo is an AI audio assistant. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control of your data.
What we collect
- Account: the email or phone number you register with.
- Recordings & content: audio you record or upload, plus the transcripts, summaries, todos and speaker names generated from it.
- Usage data: feature events, crash logs, device model and OS version, used for debugging and product improvement.
How we use it
- Core features: transcription, summaries, todos, speaker recognition, search and chat over your recordings.
- Sync across your Android, iOS and web devices.
- Product improvement using aggregated, anonymous statistics only.
AI processing: transcription and summarization run on third-party AI providers. Your audio and text are used only to produce the results you ask for. We never sell your data or train models on your recordings.
Security
Recordings, transcripts and summaries are encrypted in transit and at rest. Voiceprints are used solely for speaker recognition.
Your rights
- Export: recordings and transcripts export anytime (TXT, SRT, VTT, JSON).
- Deletion: delete any recording; deleting your account removes all your data from our servers.
- Questions: ask us anything about how your data is handled.
Cookies & analytics
This site uses no third-party advertising cookies. The apps keep only the session tokens needed to stay signed in.
Children
Hummo is not directed at children under 14.

We will announce material changes in the product before they take effect.
