The service

Hummo provides recording, transcription, summaries, todos, speaker recognition, search and chat over your recordings, plus cross-device sync. Available features may evolve over time.

Your account

You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately about unauthorized use.

Your content & compliance

• You keep all rights to your recordings and derived content. We process them only to provide the service.
• Recording legality is on you: follow the laws where you are, and obtain consent from recorded parties where required.
• Do not use Hummo for unlawful, infringing, or confidential content you have no right to process.

AI output

Acceptable use

No reverse engineering, scraping, API abuse, or disrupting the service. High-volume or enterprise use requires a separate agreement.

Billing & changes

Paid features follow the pricing shown at purchase. We give advance notice of price changes, and you can cancel before renewal at the new price.

Termination

Close your account anytime; your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate service for serious violations.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or consequences of AI errors; our total liability is capped at what you paid in the last 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes handled by the competent courts at our principal place of business.
